What payment types do you support?

Nayax is offering a payment facilitator that accepts a variety of cashless payment options in every country. We stay ahead of the curve and offer the most secure payment methods to build consumer trust and loyalty.

In Australia we offer EMV contact, contactless and legacy mag swipe acceptance of Visa, Master card, and Amex, as well as many alternative payment methods (APMs) and closed-loop cards.

Which protocols do you support?

We support all the known machine protocols such as MDB DEX , VCCS, CCI, Pulse, as well as our proprietary Marshal protocol to connect easily to a PC based machine. By choosing the correct set you will be able to connect your machine to our all-in-one telemetry and cashless payment device and start accepting cashless transactions.

How easy is it to install a device?

In many cases, installation is plug & play.

Upon receipt of your Nayax device, you’ll find all the information needed to install your device, as well as how to contact customer support for any additional help.

After installation, how do I get started?

Nayax's onboarding journey will guide you through our system to take advantage of everything our platform has to offer. From Nayax’s Smart Tips, which will be your guide through our system to our online university that will enable you to learn our complete solution easily.

What do I need to do to start working with Nayax and accept cashless payment?

Per fiscal and banking regulations, every new Nayax customer needs to complete an onboarding & KYC (Know Your Customer) process. In order to receive your processing funds, please complete the KYC forms. You will be walked through this process after completing the purchase process.

What should I do when I receive my device

Simply call our friendly support staff to assist you with activating your device.

Is my device covered by a warranty?

We provide a limited warranty period of 24 months for your devices. In the unlikely event that your device needs repair service or for additional information, please contact us at au-support@nayax.com.au. In your contract, you will find the Limited Warranty Terms and Limitations.

What should I do after completing an order?

New customers - Please start filling the contracts and KYC (know your customer) forms.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your Nayax device(s) to be set up under your account, allowing you to install the devices on your machines.

Existing customers - Nothing. We'll send your order asap.
